Mr Tousif Momin began his professional journey at the age of 20, immediately after completing his graduation—an early start that laid the foundation for a career defined by enterprise-building, resilience, and long-term thinking. Over the years, he has emerged as a true visionary leader, known for his ability to identify opportunities early, build enduring businesses, and inspire teams through decisive yet principled leadership.

As Chairperson, Mr Tousif Momin plays a central role in shaping the Group’s strategic priorities, governance framework, and capital allocation philosophy. His leadership is characterised by a strong emphasis on ethics, institutional discipline, and sustainable value creation. In addition to his role at Waystar Holdings, Mr Tousif Momin is the Founder and Chairman of Gemini Associates, established in 2017. Under his leadership, Gemini Associates has evolved into a key pillar of the Group’s operations, driven by a clear strategic vision and a commitment to operational excellence. He also serves as Executive Director of Waystar Agro Pvt Ltd (since 2023), supporting the Group’s initiatives in agriculture and allied sectors.

Further strengthening the Group’s portfolio, Mr Tousif Momin was appointed Chairman of Gemini Reagents Pvt Ltd in 2025, guiding its growth in the life sciences and reagents space. He also serves as Chairman of Brotberg Realty Pvt Ltd and Beluga Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, where he provides oversight and strategic direction to the Group’s real estate and infrastructure ventures, with a focus on long-term value and disciplined expansion.

Under the custodianship and chairmanship of Mr Tousif Momin, Waystar Holdings continues to strengthen its institutional foundations, expand responsibly, and build businesses that are resilient and future-ready. His hobbies include car racing, horse riding, golf, and sailing. Mr Parvez Momin serves as the Custodian and Group Director of Waystar Holdings, where he plays a pivotal role in stewarding the Group’s long-term vision, governance philosophy, and institutional values. As custodian, Mr Parvez Momin is deeply committed to preserving the founding principles of the Group while guiding its evolution in a rapidly changing global environment.

With a leadership approach anchored in integrity, discipline, and strategic foresight, Mr Parvez Momin oversees the alignment of the Group’s diverse businesses with a unified purpose—building enterprises that are resilient, responsible, and future-ready. In addition to his custodial responsibilities at Waystar Holdings, Mr Parvez Momin holds several key leadership positions across the Group’s operating companies. He has served as Director – Group Operations and Business Development at Gemini Associates since 2021, where he focuses on strategic expansion, operational excellence, and long-term capability building. Mr Parvez Momin is also a Director of Waystar Agro Pvt Ltd (since 2023), contributing to the Group’s vision in sustainable agriculture and allied sectors.

Further strengthening the Group’s life sciences and industrial portfolio, Mr Parvez Momin was appointed Managing Director of Gemini Reagents Pvt Ltd in 2025. He also serves as Director of Brotberg Realty Pvt Ltd and Beluga Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, supporting the Group’s interests in real estate and infrastructure development with a focus on governance, disciplined growth, and value creation.
